事業(yè)單位人員演講稿
尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同事，大家好!?
首先，我衷心感謝所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)搭建了這樣一個(gè)平臺(tái)，感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事的信任和支持，讓我有機(jī)會(huì)參加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗演講。我今年37歲，本科學(xué)歷，經(jīng)濟(jì)師職稱，××年12月入伍，在部隊(duì)服役，××年10月入黨，××年6月從部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)到所里工作。到單位以來(lái)，我一直在所辦公室擔(dān)任駕駛員工作，六年來(lái)，我能立足本職，愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，恪盡職守，任勞任怨，注重學(xué)習(xí)，積極發(fā)揮主觀能動(dòng)性，比較好的完成了各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的交通保障任務(wù)，并且做到了行車安全無(wú)事故。作為一名駕駛員，我不僅做了一名駕駛員應(yīng)該做的工作，而且，我還利用與各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們下鄉(xiāng)、進(jìn)廠開展科技服務(wù)的有利時(shí)機(jī)，自覺(jué)加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身的素質(zhì)，主動(dòng)地參與了科技項(xiàng)目撰寫、申報(bào)工作，并積極承擔(dān)了單位的攝像以及新聞報(bào)道工作，為宣傳科技工作，提高我們。 所的知名度作出了應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)，本人也因此被××日?qǐng)?bào)社評(píng)為2008年度《先進(jìn)通訊員》。在2005年和2008年年度考核中，我先后被評(píng)為優(yōu)秀，今年還被局機(jī)關(guān)黨委評(píng)為優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員。這些成績(jī)和榮譽(yù)的取得，都是在座各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心，同事們的幫助、支持的結(jié)果。
我競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的崗位是辦公室副主任。大家都知道，辦公室的工作具有綜合性、全局性、服務(wù)性
各位導(dǎo)、同事們，所里組織開展的這次競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗活動(dòng)，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)已經(jīng)是一個(gè)很大的鍛煉和提高。借此機(jī)會(huì)我也想表個(gè)態(tài)，無(wú)論結(jié)果如何，我都會(huì)做到成功不自滿，落選不氣餒，堅(jiān)決服從組織安排!一如既往地做好本職工作，為所里的各項(xiàng)工作做出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

從我做起，做好本職工作
尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，親愛(ài)的同事們：
大家好!我是xx市機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)辦公室的xx-x，很高興參加今天的這次演講，我演講的主題是“從我做起，做好本職工作”.xx市機(jī)關(guān)保險(xiǎn)辦承擔(dān)著全市機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的征繳和離退休及遺屬人員的待遇發(fā)放工作，這些都是與我們息息相關(guān)的，作為保險(xiǎn)辦公室的一位工作人員，我深感榮幸和自豪。在工作中，我們認(rèn)為應(yīng)該從我做起，做好本職工作，秉承真情相助的服務(wù)理念，為全市機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位服好務(wù)。作為個(gè)人來(lái)講我覺(jué)得應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面努力改進(jìn)自己：
1、加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身綜合素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)水平。在工作生活中，努力做到嚴(yán)以律己，真誠(chéng)待人，微笑服務(wù)，按照一名機(jī)關(guān)工作者的要求規(guī)范自己的言行，自覺(jué)遵守國(guó)家法律、法令及各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，作風(fēng)扎實(shí)，不謀私利，時(shí)時(shí)處處以嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己。同時(shí)積極創(chuàng)新思路，改進(jìn)工作方法。
2、做好社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)基數(shù)審核工作，維護(hù)職工合法權(quán)益并保證無(wú)一人漏繳，基數(shù)不差一分，離退休金發(fā)放準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。
3、認(rèn)真做好指紋鑒定數(shù)據(jù)采集工作。在指紋采集過(guò)程中，積極宣傳社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)政策和法規(guī)。聽取老同志對(duì)保險(xiǎn)工作的意見,對(duì)他們的疑問(wèn)進(jìn)行解答,能當(dāng)場(chǎng)處理的當(dāng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行處理,不能處理的及時(shí)向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行匯報(bào)。
4、認(rèn)真做好報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)工作。按時(shí)完成報(bào)表工作，保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的連續(xù)性和時(shí)效性。及時(shí)做好統(tǒng)計(jì)資料的歸檔工作，保證統(tǒng)計(jì)資料的完整性。
以上是我在實(shí)際工作中總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)，還望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批評(píng)指正。
