My Working Summarize 實(shí)結(jié)

During the 2 month-interning experience, I have known about daily work process in channel development department.

在市場(chǎng)部為期2個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，我熟知了實(shí)習(xí)生的日常工作內(nèi)容及流程，具體有：

1. First of all, I am familiar with the wholly process of marketing activities from planning to approving and acting.

1、熟知市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)方案從策劃、審批到活動(dòng)執(zhí)行的整個(gè)流程；

2. Secondly, following up the marketing promotion, OBM materials ordering and distribution are all I have been in charge of.

2、具體跟進(jìn)與執(zhí)行IC渠道的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)、生動(dòng)化物資的采購(gòu)和分配；

3. To communicate with DC marketing representatives so that everything is on the right way. It is also the major work of mine.

3、與各地市場(chǎng)代表溝通并改善工作效率；

4. Moreover, I help to do some DME reimbursement and data management.

4、DME報(bào)帳程序及資料管理。

5. In addition, the most important part of my work is to use SAP system to do some purchasing application. Using it can help me most as most of the plans ma-ki-ng are based on the BI data.

5、SAP系統(tǒng)的熟悉與獨(dú)立運(yùn)用。

I have a strongly feeling about my 2-month intern work. It is about 4 parts:

在實(shí)習(xí)工作中學(xué)習(xí)到的和感受最深的幾點(diǎn)是：

1. The first thing I have learnt is we must do things as the company operating stipulation so that we can avoid low working efficiency caused by irregular working.

1、 日常工作要按照公司流程及規(guī)定開(kāi)展，以避免因?yàn)楣ぷ鞑灰?guī)范而影響工作效率。

2. During executing project, I have found ways to overcome difficulties and particular methods to solve problems.

2、 在執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定的方案時(shí)，學(xué)會(huì)處理所遇到的困難，以及具體的應(yīng)變方法。

3. It is good to make progress for me if I pay attention in details. Besides, get into a habit of analyzing result and summarizing experiment can also help me develop.

3、 注重細(xì)節(jié)，養(yǎng)成分析結(jié)果、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的習(xí)慣，有利于自我提升。

4. The last but not the least, I have not only practiced my communicating ability very well, but also have a good social resources during following-up activities.

4、 在所有活動(dòng)的跟進(jìn)當(dāng)中，不僅鍛煉了我過(guò)硬的溝通能力，還使我擁有了良好的社會(huì)資源。
