教育培訓班合作協(xié)議

為了明確各自的的權(quán)利和義務，更好的開展工作，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商，達成以下協(xié)議：
第一條 乙方的權(quán)利和義務
1、簽訂協(xié)議后，經(jīng)甲方授權(quán)，乙方在當?shù)爻闪________網(wǎng)站分支機構(gòu)，并以甲方名義在當?shù)亻_展工作，辦公地點及辦公設(shè)備乙方自行解決
2、乙方有權(quán)要求甲方提供便于開展工作的相關(guān)文字資料，辦班或舉辦講座，在師資方面有權(quán)要求得到幫助�？蓛�(yōu)先優(yōu)惠運作聯(lián)合會策劃的各種項目。
3、協(xié)議簽定后，乙方須上交加盟合作費人民幣_________元，時間為簽定協(xié)議即日起一年。合作雙方滿意可續(xù)簽。
4、乙方每次開公開課或內(nèi)訓課需要甲方幫助設(shè)計課程和聘請老師，需提前25天申請，老師的講課費用和差旅費由乙方負責。
5、乙方給當?shù)貙W員發(fā)_________資格證書，按實際證書成本費支付給甲方：初級（_________元）、中級（_________元）、高級（_________元）、特級（_________元）。其他證書都是按實際價格支付，各種不同證書有不同補充協(xié)議。
6、乙方以甲方的名義在當?shù)亻_展工作必須遵紀守法，按照協(xié)議條理開展工作，否則，撤銷合作協(xié)議并追究法律責任。
第二條 甲方給予乙方以下支持
1、品牌資源：享受_________品牌帶來的影響力及連鎖加盟體系，統(tǒng)一標識、統(tǒng)一形象、統(tǒng)一管理體系、統(tǒng)一運作模式等，還可聯(lián)系國家有關(guān)部委相關(guān)部門以及國家一級社團組織，參與主辦有關(guān)大型社會活動。
2、項目資源：甲方將為乙方精心設(shè)計、獨具特色的專業(yè)培訓及系列課程、權(quán)威資格認證及管理咨詢項目，并不斷開發(fā)新的具有市場核心競爭力的優(yōu)秀項目，以適合培訓市場的需求，適應市場變化。
3、人力資源：甲方為乙方提供政府官員、中外知名專家教授、高級培訓師、著名企業(yè)家、職業(yè)經(jīng)理人資源，為加盟合作者節(jié)省公關(guān)經(jīng)費，節(jié)約講師課費等許多費用，輔助合作伙伴建立永續(xù)的人力資源保障。
4、管理模式：甲方為乙方提供完善的管理系統(tǒng)及人事培訓，傳授_________培訓認證管理模式，規(guī)范并完善合作伙伴培訓認證體系，使其更具號召性、權(quán)威性、系統(tǒng)性、科學性。
5、協(xié)助運作：結(jié)合_________先進的培訓認證模式及系統(tǒng)體系，甲方為乙方提供管理支持，指導并協(xié)助合作伙伴在所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)的培訓認證教育市場運作。
6、市場支持：甲方將細分市場，保證加盟機構(gòu)在同一城市或地區(qū)僅此一家，以確保該加盟機構(gòu)的市場占有率及利潤。結(jié)合_________遍及全國的營銷網(wǎng)絡，形式多樣的市場活動，加強及擴大乙方的市場影響力。
7、資料支持：甲方為乙方提供目前所有的培訓認證教育教材（或講義）、資格證書、結(jié)業(yè)證書、研修班證書、全國企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理人才庫證書及培訓認證市場宣傳資料，幫助合作伙伴開拓培訓市場，獲取利潤。各種證書的價格補充協(xié)議規(guī)定。
8、網(wǎng)站支持：甲方_________網(wǎng)站將宣傳乙方，并發(fā)布乙方關(guān)于公司簡介、管理培訓、資格認證、管理咨詢及其他服務在內(nèi)的最新信息。
9、信息支持：有專業(yè)部門收集國內(nèi)外教育市場信息，綜合分析提供給乙方，以便乙方隨時掌握國內(nèi)外教育流行動態(tài)、各類教育資訊。
10、策劃支持：甲方將為乙方提供論壇、年會等大型活動的具體策劃方案，利用成功的策劃方案進行復制和推廣。
11、辦事處支持：甲方可作為乙方_________辦事辦公寓所，輕松實現(xiàn)乙方駐_________辦事處的部分功能。
第三條 甲方的權(quán)利及協(xié)議的期限和解除
1、甲方有權(quán)指導和監(jiān)督乙方開展工作，有權(quán)對乙方違規(guī)違紀事件進行嚴肅處理。
2、本協(xié)議自甲乙雙方簽字蓋章之日生效，雙方無法協(xié)調(diào)一致開展工作時解除。
3、本協(xié)議一式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。

乙方：
甲、乙雙方就合作舉辦 培訓班事宜，經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，達成協(xié)議內(nèi)容如下：
一、合作辦學內(nèi)容
甲乙雙方合作舉辦 培訓班（以下簡稱培訓班），每期 人，每期 天。
二、教學模式
根據(jù)教學需要，學生在甲方所在地上課。按甲乙雙方共同制定的教學計劃完成規(guī)定的課程，。
三、合作期限
雙方合作期限從 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止，如需續(xù)簽雙方另行商定。
四、甲乙雙方的權(quán)利和義務
（一）甲方的權(quán)利和義務：
1、甲方負責與招生相關(guān)的一切工作。甲方有權(quán)以甲方的名義開展招生工作。
2、甲方全權(quán)負責培訓班的管理工作：任命負責人；確定招生規(guī)模；選聘教師和其他管理人員；選擇教材；組織教學；管理學生等等。
甲方承擔下述義務：
1、負責培訓班的費用。
2、提供場所和設(shè)施。
3、支付乙方費用或報酬。
4、甲方掌管培訓班的財務工作。
（二）乙方的權(quán)利和義務：
1、 督促與檢測教師的日常教學，包括：備課、練課、與學生、家長溝通、電話回訪等細節(jié)工作的落實
2、如沒有合格的教師，乙方有權(quán)力自行招聘并任用，以保證教學質(zhì)量。
3、確保培訓效果，維護品牌及雙宇教育的聲譽
4、輔助招生、負責教師聘任及培訓工作。
5、公開課操練輔助招生，提供相關(guān)招生、宣傳策略。 。
五、利益分成
1、按學生學費甲方占 乙方占 。
2、 為學生發(fā)送的教材、禮品等雙方各占。
六、違約責任
1、由于甲、乙任何一方違約，造成本協(xié)議不能履行或不能完全履行時，守約方有權(quán)要求終止協(xié)議，并要求違約方賠償全部經(jīng)濟損失。如雙方同意繼續(xù)履行協(xié)議，違約方應賠償其違約行為造成的損失。
2、甲、乙雙方依照協(xié)議分配的或依照協(xié)議規(guī)定所應承擔的協(xié)作任務，因不可抗拒的事由確屬無法承擔的，應在不可抗拒的事由發(fā)生后1周內(nèi)，及時通知對方。甲、乙雙方由于不可抗拒的事由確實無法承擔協(xié)作任務，而給他方造成經(jīng)濟損失的，不負賠償責任；由于其它原因不愿繼續(xù)承擔協(xié)作任務，而給他方造成經(jīng)濟損失的，應當承擔賠償責任。
七、其他
1、實施中如有其它未盡事宜，雙方本著友好平等的精神協(xié)商解決，并簽訂書面補充協(xié)議。補充協(xié)議作為本合同組成部分具有同等法律效力；
2、本協(xié)議若發(fā)生任何糾紛，應首先通過協(xié)商方式解決；協(xié)商不成，任何一方均可向當?shù)胤ㄔ荷暾堅V訟；
3、本協(xié)議一式肆份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)貳份，自甲乙雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效。

一、合作雙方the two parties
甲方是中國教育部直屬211工程大學，是具有自主辦學資質(zhì)的高等教育機構(gòu)，可與外國教育機構(gòu)合作，開展教師交流、學生交換和留學預科教育和中外合作辦學等國際教育交流合作。
美國大學是也是中國教育部承認學歷的美國正規(guī)大學。

usa university, institution of higher learning in the unitedstates, is accredited by the higher learning commission of thenorth central association. as a regular university of u.s.a, itsacademic credentials have also been admitted by the chineseministry of education.
二、合作目的與宗旨purpose & aim
甲乙雙方以互惠、互信、互利為原則，發(fā)揮各自的資源優(yōu)勢進行合作，以取得良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益，提升各自的社會影響力。甲方提供教育平臺和教育硬件，乙方引進美國優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育資源和先進的美國教育管理，雙方合作開發(fā)中美兩國教育市場。
takingmutual trust, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit as theprinciple, both party a and party b shall cooperate on one’s ownresource advantages in order to reap favorable social and economicbenefits, and promote one’s own social influence power. party ashall offer the educational platform and educational hardware, andparty b shall introduce high-quality educational resources andadvanced ideas in educational administration from u.s.a. both sidesshall develop the education market in both china and the u.s.cooperatively.
三、合作內(nèi)容及方式content & mode
1.甲乙雙方合作，在甲方開辦赴美留學的培訓項目。
both sidesshall cooperate in launching a training program at party a for thestudent to study in the us.
2赴美培訓項目為非學歷教育，引進全美大學通用的，可替代托福成績的esl英語證書培訓課程，目的是為了使留美學生到美國后，其英語水平能夠達到與母語為英語的學生一起上課的要求。

3由甲方提供場所及教學設(shè)施，負責招生，乙方提供課程的全部師資、教材、教育教學軟件和證書。
party ashall offer classrooms and teaching facilities and is responsiblefor recruiting new students, while party b shall provide theoverall teaching materials, educational software, teachers of eslcourse as well as esl english certificate which is universallyrecognized among us universities.
4.招生人數(shù)少于 人不得開班。

四、甲乙雙方的權(quán)利與義務rights & obligations of both parties
（一）甲方party a:
1.負責赴美留學項目開辦的相關(guān)立項和報批手續(xù)。
to beresponsible for relevant formalities in launching, reporting andobtaining approval for the study in u.s.a training program ofesl.
2.負責提供赴美留學英語培訓項目的教學設(shè)施及相關(guān)服務。
to beresponsible for offering teaching facilities and relevant servicesfor the study in u.s.a training program of esl.
3.負責教學質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控，確保教學計劃的順利實施。如乙方所提供的師資質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題，甲方有權(quán)保留提出整改并進一步更換師資的權(quán)利
to beresponsible for the supervision and control of the teaching qualityto ensure the smooth implementation of the program. should theteachers dispatched by party b not match the quality requirements,party a reserves the right to demand correction and change theteachers concerned.
4.負責項目宣傳和招生。
to beresponsible for propagating and enrolling new students of theprogram.
5.負責收取學生的學費、住宿費等。
to beresponsible for gathering tuition fees and dormitory charges fromstudents.
6.負責按照本協(xié)議的約定，將乙方應分得學費及時、足額地支付給乙方。
to beresponsible for paying in full and in time the part of tuition feesdue to party b according to the terms of this agreement.
7.負責教學安排和學生管理。
to takecharge of teaching arrangement and managing students.
8.負責美方教師的食宿安排，并支付規(guī)定的食宿費，共計每人每年人民幣 元，其中住宿費為人民幣 元/年/人，伙食費為 元/年/人。

（二）乙方party b:
1.同意甲方以與美國大學合作的名義開展赴美留學英語培訓項目。

2.負責為甲方提供招生宣傳資料和招生簡章的主要內(nèi)容。
to beresponsible for offering the main content of the propagandamaterial and school admission brochure for party a.
3.負責提供留美預科班的全部師資、教材、教學軟件和全美大學通行的esl英語證書,并確保提供師資的質(zhì)量，自愿接受甲方的教學監(jiān)控。
tobe responsible for providing all the teachers of the study in u.s.apreparatory course program, teaching materials, teaching softwareand esl english certificate commonly recognized among usuniversities.
4.負責美方教師往返中國的機票和薪酬。
to beresponsible for the us teachers’ plane tickets and salary tochina.
5.負責美方教師在中國期間的人身意外和醫(yī)療保險。
to beresponsible for the us teachers’ personal accident and medicalinsurance during their stay in china.
6.負責為參加赴美留學英語培訓班學習的學生申請美國大學，并為美國大學錄取。
to applyfor students who participate in the program of studying in u.s.atraining program of esl, and ensure that they are admitted by a usuniversity.
7.負責為赴美留學英語培訓班的學生申請到美國大學給予國際學生最優(yōu)厚的獎學金。
to beresponsible for applying for the best scholarship which the usuniversity can grant to international students for students in theprogram of studying at u.s.a training program of esl.
8.負責為赴美留學英語培訓班的學生提供赴美簽證培訓和代理赴美簽證服務。
to offerthe necessary training and service of visa application to studentsin the program of studying in u.s.a training program of esl tofacilitate their obtaining the us entry visa.
五、收費和雙方利益分配charges and profits distribution
1.學費：培訓、考試及證書費用為每人每期 元人民幣，報到注冊時一次性-交清。其中甲方分得 ％，乙方分得 ％；各自用于辦學成本開支。學費由甲方統(tǒng)一收取，在每個學期開學后15個工作日內(nèi)由甲方將乙方應分得部分劃入乙方在北京的指定賬戶。

2.教材費：由乙方以合理價格收取。

3.學生住宿費：按甲方標準收取。
dormitoryshall be charged at the standard set by party a.
六、合作期限cooperation term
本協(xié)議自甲、乙雙方簽字之日起生效，有效期兩年。協(xié)議到期前三個月，如雙方一致認為可以繼續(xù)合作，可正式續(xù)簽書面協(xié)議。
theagreement shall come into effect after being signed by both sides,and it shall last for two years since the signed date. if bothsides consider it necessary to continue the cooperation, then anofficial written agreement of extension shall be signed threemonths before the expiration.
七、協(xié)議的變更change of the agreement
本協(xié)議未盡事宜，或需變更，須經(jīng)甲、乙雙方共同協(xié)商，做出書面補充協(xié)議；補充協(xié)議與本協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。
any changeor affairs not stated in this agreement shall be covered by writtensupplemental agreement reached between both sides throughnegotiation. the supplemental agreement has the same legal effectas this agreement.
八、協(xié)議的終止和不可抗力terminationand force majeure
1.本協(xié)議有效期滿時，自動終止。
theagreement will be automatically terminated uponexpiration.
2.由于政治原因、自然災害、戰(zhàn)爭及其它不可預見因素，或?qū)ζ浒l(fā)生及后果不能防止或避免的不可抗拒因素影響本協(xié)議的履行或不能按預定條件履行的，遇上述不可抗拒因素的一方應立即通知對方，并應在三十日內(nèi)提供詳情及有效證明文件。因不可抗力致使本協(xié)議中止時，簽約雙方互不承擔經(jīng)濟責任。因不可抗力致使本協(xié)議中止時，簽約雙方應共同對參加本教育項目學習的學生做出妥善安排，并將學生的損失降到最低限度。
whenunpredictable circumstances like political policy, naturaldisasters, war or other force majeure whose occurrence andconsequences cannot be prevented, and which leads to the situationin which the agreement cannot be carried out or be implemented asplanned, the party who suffers one of the above shall notify thecounterpart without delay and provide details and valid supportingdocuments within thirty days. if the agreement has to terminatebecause of force majeure, neither side shall bear the economicresponsibilities. in addition, both parties shall make properarrangements for participants of the education program, and dotheir best to minimize the students’loss.
3.本協(xié)議執(zhí)行期間，任何一方如有不規(guī)范操作，違背協(xié)議約定，在對方提出三次整改要求后仍未改正的情況下，對方有權(quán)提出解除本協(xié)議。但甲、乙雙方應繼續(xù)履行各自職責，完成未完成的培訓，不得侵犯已入學學生的合法權(quán)益。
duringimplementation of the agreement, if any party’s improper conductsbreach the agreement, and the said party makes no corrections afterthe counterpart’s warning for three times, the counterpart shallhave the right to suggest terminating the agreement.
nevertheless, both sides have duties to complete theongoing training and must not violate the legal rights andinterests of the enrolled students.
九、違約責任的認定和賠償
establishment ofbreach responsibilities and indemnifications
1.簽約的任何一方，不能按約定的時間、方式和要求履行本協(xié)議應承擔的責任、義務，均視為違約。
it shallbe regarded as breach if any side cannot implement the agreementand perform its own duties or responsibilities in accordance withthe time, manner and requirements stipulated.
2.違約方因其違約行為造成本協(xié)議目標不能實現(xiàn)或給簽約對方造成經(jīng)濟損失，均應承擔相應的賠償責任。
ifbehaviors of the breach side cause the objective of the agreementnot being realized or cause economic loss for the counterpart, thebreach side shall bear the relevant compensation duties.
3.違約方因其違約行為或因已方不當行為侵害了教育項目的學生合法權(quán)益，或社會相關(guān)方面合法權(quán)益，或違反了中國法律及政府法令，均應獨自承擔相應的法律責任。
if thebreach behavior or improper behavior of the breach side violatesthe legal rights or interests of the students in this educationprogram, or the relevant legal rights or interests of relatedorganizations in the society, or the laws or government decrees ofprc, the breach side shall undertake the related legal dutiesindependently.
4.違約方因其違約行為或因已方不當行為引發(fā)與第三方糾紛，致使無責任的簽約方被要求承擔連帶賠償責任時，無責任的簽約方有權(quán)要求有違約責任或?qū)嵤┎划斝袨榈暮灱s方賠償相應的損失。
.if thebreach behavior or improper behavior of the breach side causesdispute with a third party and involves the counterpart into thecompensation affairs, the party who has no fault shall have theright to request the breach side (or the side which has improperbehaviors) to indemnify the relevant loss.
十、爭議的解決dispute settlement
1在履行本協(xié)議的過程中，甲、乙雙方欲告之對方的重要事項，以書面確認函的內(nèi)容為準。
in theprocess of agreement implementation, notification of importantmatters by one party to the other shall be based on the content ofthe confirmation letter.
2本協(xié)議在執(zhí)行過程中如發(fā)生爭議時，先由甲、乙雙方協(xié)商解決。
anydispute in the implementation of the agreement shall first beresolved through negotiation by the two parties.
3不能協(xié)商解決的爭議，甲、乙雙方可向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院起訴。

十一、其它others
本協(xié)議用中英文兩種文字書寫，共四份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)兩份，具有同等法律效力。

一、雙方的權(quán)利和義務
1、甲方的權(quán)利和義務
①甲方有義務保證對輔導學生的教學質(zhì)量
②甲方根據(jù)家長和學生需求有權(quán)利決定輔導方式，乙方不得干涉。
③甲方有權(quán)利定期對輔導學生和家長進行溝通回訪，如發(fā)現(xiàn)反饋情況不符合事實，有權(quán)利取消合作關(guān)系。
2、乙方的權(quán)利和義務
①乙方有義務及時聯(lián)系和反饋甲方提供的信息。原則上當天反饋聯(lián)系情況，無論成否。 ②乙方有權(quán)利對甲方的服務進行監(jiān)督。
③乙方有權(quán)利對甲方的服務進行評定，并決定是否繼續(xù)合作。如果對金牌教育的服務不滿意，可以隨時取消合作關(guān)系。
二、合作細則
1、乙方與甲方共同編寫廣告短信，家長答問，課程設(shè)計，招生策劃，乙方為甲方選派初中老師團隊。
2、甲方為乙方提供高中老師住宿，高中輔導教室。乙方可付5000元的住宿和教室費。開課兩日內(nèi)付清。
3、前期招生方案由甲方和乙方共同商討制定，招生方案由甲乙雙方共同執(zhí)行，初中招生不利，需甲乙雙方共同探討解決辦法，開課后一周時間，乙方為甲方選派老師不得擅自離開崗位。
4、如果乙方招生不利，無需甲方住宿和教室，甲方應付乙方前期策劃和選派老師的除房租預付款的費用
5、甲方對乙方推薦的五位初中教師（語數(shù)理化英）要開課前說明薪酬即代課費，開課3天內(nèi)做出評價，認為不滿意的辭退按說好的代課費給付已上課時，乙方可以再推薦一位同科目教師頂替。3天內(nèi)甲方?jīng)]有提出，則乙方認為教師合格，不負責更換教師。如教師離開需推薦頂崗教師，否則按違規(guī)處理
6、甲方對外地初中教師的交通安全要特別重視，為他們提供力所能及的幫助。由于外地初中老師對甲方服務不周或代課費沒有按提前約定給付導致的教師流失，乙方不負責再推薦教師。
7、乙方選派教師有義務推廣金牌教育北京四中網(wǎng)校網(wǎng)絡課程和新學年精品晚輔班。
三、招生宣傳方式
1、對甲方現(xiàn)有學生進行宣傳，利用甲方現(xiàn)有信息對暑假課程進行電銷，短信群發(fā)等
2、由甲方制作宣傳海報，傳單等在各小區(qū)發(fā)放，設(shè)置宣傳位；在考試期間在考場附近散發(fā)傳單對暑期初高中課程進行統(tǒng)一宣傳，由乙方承擔宣傳品制作費用的百分之三十
3、由乙方向甲方提供選派教師信息，教學成就，方便甲方宣傳（例如將乙方教師打造為輔導名師等）
4、由乙方承擔后續(xù)宣傳費用的百分之三十
四、收費方式
1、七年級課程招生，學習數(shù)學英語，閱讀寫作，寫字25天共四門600元單科300元
2、八年級課程招生，學習數(shù)學英語物理25天共三門700元單科350元
3、九年級課程招生，學習數(shù)理化英25天共四門1000元單科400元
五、提成
甲方提成為銷售額的百分之五十，乙方提成為銷售額的百分之五十，如因乙方原因，教學工作不能順利進行，則乙方只得銷售額的百分之三十
六、合同解除
1、一方有違反本合作協(xié)議的，另一方有權(quán)解除合作協(xié)議
2、合作協(xié)議期滿
3、雙方同意終止協(xié)議的
4、一方合伙人出現(xiàn)法律上問題及做對對方有損害的事情，另一方有權(quán)解除合作協(xié)議
七．備注：
本協(xié)議一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，經(jīng)簽字或蓋章后生效，兩份協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。其他未盡事宜由雙方商議決定！

一、 合作伙伴：logo設(shè)計，logo先后排序

我們機構(gòu)懸掛標牌（統(tǒng)一下長款，各自的制-作-工-藝，或者由我們來作，統(tǒng)一派
發(fā)），logo先后排名，達到公平公正（在自己公司，自己公司第一，合作單位第二，合作單位第三；在合作單位，合作單位第一，合作單位第二，我公司第三）
@如果上述logo達不到機構(gòu)的要求，可以申請制作，制作費用由自己負責； @各自負責人有更好的創(chuàng)意可以申請，三方互相協(xié)商，找一方負責此事，制作logo，大家按市場價，多退少補，每方預先支付200元（發(fā)票）
@合作伙伴logo達成協(xié)議之日起需各方懸掛自己機構(gòu)的顯眼處
二、相關(guān)費用問題占地
1）假如在室外活動中，產(chǎn)生了場地占用費用，由三家共付，aa制支付（場地及相關(guān)費用）
2）試聽券發(fā)放和費用（試聽券）
@試聽券可以三家合做一張，形成通用（備注，其他培訓機構(gòu)自定），利大于弊！ @試聽券產(chǎn)生費用（由三家共付 AA制，包括設(shè)計，印制）
@試聽券發(fā)放問題（主題活動，日常），各自機構(gòu)自試聽券使用之后，不得使用自己特制試聽券，主題活動大家盡量以宣傳為主，試聽券可以發(fā)放，但是招生性質(zhì)不能太強。
3）表演活動
表演活動，包括表演服飾，場地占用，制作人員費用，光盤刻錄等，為友好關(guān)系，3家AA制。
4）宣傳資料
互換的宣傳資料（100份，每2個月索要一次）需要放到各機構(gòu)的資料索取處，在不耽誤自身業(yè)務的基礎(chǔ)上，去宣傳。
5）學員轉(zhuǎn)介紹
三家機構(gòu)既達成合作伙伴形式，而且業(yè)務基本不沖突，所以要為彼此考慮，這樣才能在回龍觀眾多機構(gòu)中造成影響，在家長心中樹立正面形象。學員介紹，其中利潤分配按每家機構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀制定，實行月結(jié)（有好的方式再議，從當天開始計算接下來的一個月），三家機構(gòu)不能互相欺瞞，否則視為自動退出合作伙伴，按協(xié)議處理。
6）公開課
如果機構(gòu)有開公開課的意向，可提前寫策劃，包括時間，地點，要求（一家）機構(gòu)的配合學員數(shù)，產(chǎn)生費用，由提出講公開課方出，公開課只是大家交流的一種形式，試聽券可以放，但是不得在對方機構(gòu)招生，后果自負！
7）針對每家機構(gòu)的自身問題，我們秉著“公平，公正，公開”的態(tài)度，商量解決 僅供參考。
