it is my great pleasure to stand here to have a speech, Today i am going to talk about”food safety”.
〈Mention the food safety, people's hearts are unusual interest, concern. Because with economic and social progress, economic globalization continues, people food culture diversity, food hygiene and safety
become much-talked-about hot topic. Food diversification development, various additives renovates ceaselessly, emerging, trimethoxysilane cyanogen amine, Sudan red, red meat fine, no root agent, each report let a person, soul-stirring each report related to the general public's heart.
Food safety problems, the person's health would be threatened. Although the food safety is social information asymmetry, but may be consumer heart default, considering our everyday eat food, think about the people around us, they also mostly agree "out of sight, out of mind" view. Many consumers listen to media advertising, find out that problem, they knew that they again become victims. The body is his own, some poison is a lifetime all away, or even affect the next generation. Their own health, who is responsible for wrong will care about you
1.Changing how we farm
Different farming systems vary enormously in their reliance on mined phosphate. Organic farms are more resilient to the coming phosphorus rock ‘shock’, as it can only be used as a supplement to nutrient recycling (including crop rotations, green manures, and composting), and not as a replacement. Organic crops generally have a lower fertiliser requirement than non-organic crops, with a greater capacity to scavenge for nutrients through denser and deeper root systems.
2.Changing what we eat
Eating less meat can reduce the demand for mined phosphate. This is because vegetable-based production is more efficient in its use of
phosphorus then livestock production. Although different types of meat have different levels of mined phosphate demand depending on the farming system used to produce them. Meat from livestock grazed on grassland that has not been fertilised with artificial fertilisers, will
perform much better than meat from livestock grazed on fields that have been, or livestock fed on grain grown using artificial fertilizers
3,Changing how we deal with human exreta
The report recommends a radical change in the way we treat human exreta and the need to abandon our current ‘flush-and-forget’ toilet
systems in favour of Ecological Sanitation. The report also calls for a change to EU organic regulations to allow the use of human sewage – rich in ‘natural’ phosphate - on agricultural land to ensure phosphate levels are maintained. Globally only 10% of human waste is returned to agricultural soils. Urine alone contains more than 50% of the phosphorus excreted by humans.

i want to be safe, so i work hard to strengthen my work skills, as it is the only way i will know what kind of work practice hiding security problems, i will learn to prepare and avoid accidents.
of course, we emphasize and promote i want to be safedoes not negate“want me to be safe, but should pay attention to coordination and unity of both. if we only pay attention to i want to be safe, and fail to pay attention to want me to be safe , it is wrong, and the basis of production safety will not be solid, too.

安全是什么？
安全就是生命。生存是每個(gè)人最基本的權(quán)力，沒(méi)有生命就沒(méi)有一切。對(duì)每個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)，生命只有一次，誰(shuí)都沒(méi)有權(quán)利去踐踏。我們需要珍愛(ài)生命，為了家庭，為了自己。
安全就是效益。企業(yè)的效益來(lái)自安全，企業(yè)的生存離不開(kāi)安全。事實(shí)證明，只有抓安全，才能取得效益。安全是我們工作的態(tài)度，是尋求利益的原則，是我們每個(gè)人奮斗在此的一切。沒(méi)有安全，我們的生命就無(wú)從保障；沒(méi)有安全，我們的隊(duì)伍就無(wú)法穩(wěn)定；沒(méi)有安全，我們的生產(chǎn)就無(wú)從著手；沒(méi)有安全，我們的企業(yè)效益從何談起而對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，則是我們生產(chǎn)中最重要、最基本的要求。安全生產(chǎn)既是人們生命健康的保障，也是企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，更是社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前提。
安全就是幸福。有人曾說(shuō)安全是幸福，也有人說(shuō)有錢(qián)就有幸福，我說(shuō)對(duì)于一個(gè)人來(lái)講平安就是幸福，平平安安是幸福的基礎(chǔ)，
而失去安全的保障也就毫無(wú)幸�？裳浴�
安全靠什么？
安全靠的是責(zé)任心。在我們工作和生活中的每時(shí)每刻，安全隱患都象兇殘的野獸般盯著我們麻痹的神經(jīng)。“珍愛(ài)生命，安全第一”這八個(gè)大字，我們每個(gè)人都要銘刻在心中。這八個(gè)字不僅僅是一個(gè)口號(hào)，它生動(dòng)的說(shuō)明了安全和我們每個(gè)人的關(guān)系�！柏�(zé)”是我們的“責(zé)任心”和“職責(zé)”等，“安全無(wú)小事，人人有責(zé)”，就要求從我做起，從我們身邊的小處著手，真正樹(shù)立安全第一的思想，而且需要我們大家齊心協(xié)力的長(zhǎng)期努力�！扒败�(chē)之鑒，后事之師”，目前社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)又一個(gè)安全事故，絕大多數(shù)是違章操作，違章指揮，習(xí)慣性違章所引起，也就是一切的根源出現(xiàn)在我們的思想上，安全意識(shí)不足，凡事掉以輕心！安全工作只有起點(diǎn)，沒(méi)有終點(diǎn)，我們必須提高警惕，牢固樹(shù)立責(zé)任意識(shí)，時(shí)刻緊繃安全之弦。
安全對(duì)于我們個(gè)人及單位的意義，就好比羅盤(pán)對(duì)航船的意義一樣，沒(méi)有羅盤(pán)，在茫茫大海上航行的船便難以到達(dá)成功的彼岸。
“孩子，繞過(guò)前面的石子”，這是母親在我蹣跚學(xué)步時(shí)的指點(diǎn)； “當(dāng)心路上的汽車(chē)呀”，這是父親在我飛車(chē)上學(xué)時(shí)身后的叮嚀；
“珍愛(ài)生命，安全第一”，這是我現(xiàn)在恪守的信念。
我們離開(kāi)母親的懷抱，搖搖晃晃行走在人生道路上時(shí)，我們一直依賴(lài)著“安全”這個(gè)拐杖。沒(méi)有它，我們可能會(huì)摔得頭破血流；沒(méi)有它，我們可能還來(lái)不及經(jīng)歷風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨；沒(méi)有它，我們更不可能到達(dá)人生輝煌的頂峰。誰(shuí)若忽視安全，誰(shuí)就將付出慘痛的代價(jià)！
我們最常聽(tīng)到的例子：就是，在寬闊的馬路上，一騎車(chē)男子抱著僥幸的態(tài)度闖紅燈，結(jié)果與一輛從側(cè)面駛來(lái)的大卡車(chē)相撞，騎車(chē)人因搶救無(wú)效當(dāng)場(chǎng)死亡；還有，放學(xué)路上，兩名小學(xué)生一路上追趕嬉戲，在過(guò)馬路時(shí)不幸被撞，造成一死一傷的慘劇。
安全，是多么美好的字眼，是那樣的溫馨，那樣的倍感親切。然而，在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，卻常常發(fā)生許多觸目驚心的事故。事故的發(fā)生有客觀的原因，但更多的卻是人為的原因造成的。不注重安全宣傳，不注重安全生產(chǎn)，不注重安全操作，使得多少生靈涂炭，多少幸福家庭慘遭不幸？
前不久，我在網(wǎng)上看到一篇報(bào)道，一個(gè)30出頭的小伙子在高空作業(yè)，因沒(méi)有規(guī)范系上安全帶，從高空墜落，一個(gè)年輕的生命就這樣被無(wú)情的奪走了。30多歲的他可是家里唯一的頂梁柱啊！他上有老，下有小，他走了，那個(gè)家也徹底的垮了。死去的人��！你可曾知道？當(dāng)你閉上眼睛離去的時(shí)候，你的妻子哭的死去活來(lái)；你那白發(fā)蒼蒼的父母老淚縱橫，人世間還有什么比白發(fā)人送黑發(fā)人更讓人痛不欲生的呢？還有你年幼的孩子，他在用令人心碎的聲音哭喊著，爸爸，您不能走��！這一切，你若地下有
知，你怎能不為當(dāng)初在高空中的.違章作業(yè)而倍感后悔呢？ 逝者已往，而留與生者的，該是何等的悲痛與無(wú)奈？
這樣活生生的教訓(xùn)，難道不足以敲響我們做好“安全”工作的警鐘嗎？
朋友們，當(dāng)你看到一個(gè)個(gè)鮮活的生命消失于車(chē)輪之下，當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn)一陣陣歡聲笑語(yǔ)湮沒(méi)在尖銳的剎車(chē)聲中，當(dāng)你面對(duì)那些觸目驚心的場(chǎng)景時(shí)，難道不感到痛心疾首嗎？
安全意識(shí)的淡薄總是能讓我們聽(tīng)到一次次血的教訓(xùn)，讓我們看到一幕幕人間慘劇。但你們想過(guò)嗎，其實(shí)，80%的意外傷害事故是可以避免的。紅燈短暫而生命長(zhǎng)久，當(dāng)我們過(guò)馬路時(shí)，多一份謙讓與耐心，我們會(huì)收獲更多美好。我始終堅(jiān)信，安全重于一切，而我們，是安全的第一責(zé)任人。
在生活和工作中，享受安全與健康的保障，是生命的基本需求，就像吃飯穿衣一樣，甚至有時(shí)比吃飯穿衣更重要。一個(gè)社會(huì)、一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)民族，和諧發(fā)展的過(guò)程中必須重視安全。安全是一種文明，安全是一種文化，重視安全、尊重生命，是先進(jìn)文化的體現(xiàn)；而這種文化的形成，要靠我們每一個(gè)人的不懈努力。

good morning everyone, before my speech, i want to ask one question, what do you eat this morning? yeah, food is present in our life every time. so today my topic is how do we eat on campus?
1，in china there is an old saying: bread is the staff of life. the chinese meaning is 民以食為天。obviously, it means food plays a decisive [di'saisiv] role in our daily life, food safety is a matter of primary ['praim?ri] importance , the issue is closely related to ordinary people’s health.
2, as we know, the food safety is a serious problem in china, and on campus ,the matter is also exist, and the unhealthy food harm our health everyday. for example, in the morning, you buy a donut ['d?un?t] for breakfast, and likely, the donut is made by drainage ['dreinid?] oil; and when you hungry you buy kebab [k?'b?b], it may be dealed with chemical materials. so even on campus, we also should improve food safety awareness.
3, the unhealthy food seriously harm our body, it can cause different kinds of diseases, from a headache to cancer, this is not a threat, some unhealthy food, containing various additives. and which give a tremendous threat to us. some unhealthy food will make us ill, such as diarrhea[,dai?'ri?]、stomach ache and other disease of digestive tract. some food additives use chemical materials to make food looks better, but it will carcinogenic [,kɑ:sin?u'd?enik] in a long time.
4, due to food safety is important in our life, so there so many things waiting for the government to do. (問(wèn)1) first, strengthening food safety legislation [,led?is'lei??n] , and use the experiences of developed countries. strongly punish criminal for food safety. second, our government should promote food safety knowledge, to rise people’s of self-protection.
5, what is more, as a postgraduate, we also should do more on food safety. first of all, we should learn some essential common sense about safety food, and learn to recognize the unhealthy food by ourselves. ( 問(wèn)2) second，do not covet ['k?vit] petty gain，in normal situation, the food price is stable, when you see a abnormal price, be carefull ! last, everyone should have awareness of unhealthy food, raise the sense of prevention.
though the food safety situation is bad, but i still believe through the joint efforts of government and all communities, we finally will eat the security food .
