　　我第一次學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)時(shí)，我把a(bǔ)記成哎，把b記成碧，每當(dāng)我認(rèn)識(shí)一個(gè)英語(yǔ)字母，我就欣喜若狂，感覺縮短了和外國(guó)人對(duì)話的距離。和外國(guó)人對(duì)話，這是天一般遙遠(yuǎn)的.距離。我在一步步靠近，耶，那一天就要到了！

　　I have many hobbies,such as swimming in summer,skating in winter,ect.;but my favourite hobby is collecting stamps.

　　I began to collect stamps when I was in middle school.Whenever new stamps were issued,I would try my best to get them.Usually I spent five yuan every month buying stamps.Now I have nearly 1,000 stamps,both Chinese and foreign.I like stamp-collecting for three reasons.First,quite a lot of stamps,especially commemorative ones,are pleasing to both the eye and the mind and good in artistic quality.Second,through stamp-collecting,we cn broaden our horizon and widen our knowledge,And third,stamps can mould our temperament and enrich the daily life mentally and spiritually.

　　I hope that some day I will have a chance to take part in stamp exhibitions.It will help me make mord friends and exchange more domestic or foreign stamps.

　　My dream home is at the foot of a hill. It has two floors. There is a beautiful garden in front of my house. The garden is full of different kinds of flowers. I can always smell these nice flowers and water them. There are many rooms in my house. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are six bedrooms. There is also a big balcony on the first floor. I can look out at the hill and trees on the balcony. My dream home is in a very great neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is very big and the neighbours are kind to each other. There are many volunteers in my neighbourhood. Some of them are doctors, so they can take good care of the sick people. If there is something wrong with your things , the engineers here can help you fix them. When you have any problem with your study, the college students will help you. They often help the old clean their houses and do some shopping.

　　其實(shí)，爸爸的英語(yǔ)水平并不高，頂多就是小學(xué)三四年級(jí)的水平。爸爸常說：“要想給學(xué)生一碗水，自己先得有一桶水，為此，他不得不自學(xué)英語(yǔ)。這無疑給他增加了難度。他學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)的很艱苦，很認(rèn)真。爸爸是將近四十歲的人了，他學(xué)習(xí)沒有別的目的，只為輔導(dǎo)我，以便讓我學(xué)的更好。“望子成龍”嘛！可見爸爸在為我成才方面付出了多少心血。

　　爸爸他買了好多有關(guān)英語(yǔ)方面的書，還買磁帶和光盤。在這方面花錢他似乎從不心疼。爸爸學(xué)英語(yǔ)經(jīng)常一學(xué)就是半夜。爸爸的`英語(yǔ)水平并不高，課本上有很多單詞他都不會(huì)讀，就自己查字典，注音標(biāo)，跟著復(fù)讀機(jī)一起讀，目的是為了學(xué)會(huì)更準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)音。遇到似懂非懂的問題時(shí)，連我都懶的弄懂它，可爸爸總要查字典找資料，一定要弄個(gè)明白。有一天，我們一起學(xué)到深夜１２點(diǎn)，我都打盹了，我問爸爸：“爸爸，你不瞌睡嗎？”爸爸說：“為了你爸爸不能瞌睡！”

　　爸爸經(jīng)常和我說，要想學(xué)習(xí)好，必須熱愛學(xué)習(xí)，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣。把學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)成一種樂趣去享受，看見書就頭痛，是沒有好成績(jī)的。對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)的興趣是完全可以培養(yǎng)的。要想學(xué)習(xí)好還得勤奮下苦功去鉆研，一個(gè)不學(xué)無術(shù)之人，永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)在考試方面做出好成績(jī)來。

　　我明白，自己英語(yǔ)差，是不努力用功的原因。爸爸為了鼓勵(lì)我學(xué)習(xí)，常常和我以起朗讀，做作業(yè)。用他自己的話來說這叫“陪讀”。爸爸說“陪讀”一詞是近幾年聽說的，如今社會(huì)變了，父母親在教育子女的方式也似乎變了。爸爸說“陪讀”只能陪到我小學(xué)畢業(yè)，不可以陪到我初中，高中。他只能充當(dāng)我的一個(gè)啟蒙老師，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的好壞關(guān)鍵在我自己把握。

　　從那一年起，在我和爸爸的共同努力下，我的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)有了很大的提高，后來，每當(dāng)我學(xué)習(xí)想偷懶的時(shí)候總會(huì)想起爸爸的話和他的學(xué)習(xí)精神，每當(dāng)這時(shí)我也自然勤奮起來。
