　　英語測試對于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學(xué)工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，使學(xué)生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結(jié)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，分析學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況以改進教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。有效的評講，能讓學(xué)生找到自己的不足和改進學(xué)習(xí)的方法。

　　有效地評講英語試卷應(yīng)該堅持三個原則：

　　第二、認真統(tǒng)計學(xué)生成績。在批閱完學(xué)生試卷后，認真統(tǒng)計學(xué)生的成績是很有必要的。統(tǒng)計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統(tǒng)計出平均成績后，可以參照其他班的情況分析，確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低，就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴重，教學(xué)的難度就越大。在排列學(xué)生成績時，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分數(shù)，并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數(shù)。在評講試題時，要特別注意中位段的學(xué)生的反映和效果。
