一、報名及測試時間
報名時間：2016年5月16日-2016年10月30日
測試時間：2016年12月4日
二、報名條件
報名參加測試的人員應(yīng)當(dāng)符合下列條件：
(1) 具有中華人民共和國國籍，包括持有有效“港澳居民來往內(nèi)地通行證”的.港澳居民和“臺灣居民來往大陸通行證”的臺灣居民;
(2) 年滿18周歲，具有完全民事行為能力;
(3) 高中畢業(yè)或同等學(xué)歷及以上，包括應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。
三、測試形式
測試采用閉卷計算機化測試方式進行，分為兩場，第一場60分鐘，第二場120分鐘。
考生參加測試時應(yīng)注意以下問題：
(1)考生必須持本人有效證件、準(zhǔn)考證按規(guī)定的時間(以準(zhǔn)考證所標(biāo)明的時間為準(zhǔn))進入指定考場，并在指定座位上就座參加測試。
(2)身份證、準(zhǔn)考證必須同時使用才有效。
(3)測試注意事項詳見準(zhǔn)考證。
四、測試內(nèi)容
報關(guān)職業(yè)水平測試分為兩個科目：
(1)報關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識，主要測試對外貿(mào)易及對外貿(mào)易管理、海關(guān)及海關(guān)管理、報關(guān)及報關(guān)管理等知識、總分100分，測試時長60分鐘。
(2)報關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)技能，分為進出境報關(guān)、保稅加工報備報核、進出口商品歸類、報關(guān)單填制、進出口稅費核算五個模塊，總分200分，測試時長120分鐘。
