　　首先，要多聽，多輸入。

　　練好聽力非一日之寒，絕不能有僥幸心理靠著考前突擊，臨時抱佛腳來搞定。從即刻起，需要我們每天至少聽40分鐘到1個小時的VOA或者BBC， 如果實在聽不懂，就從VOA慢速開始聽起，培養(yǎng)一定的語感，待所聽內(nèi)容大部分都能聽懂時，可以改為VOA中速，以此類推。干任何事情都要有個適應(yīng)期，剛開始由于聽不懂，可能會非常痛苦，但不要緊，隨著時間的推進(jìn)，慢慢的慢慢的就會對所聽內(nèi)容了然于胸。但是，必須得堅持，養(yǎng)成一個慢慢輸入的好習(xí)慣。

　　其次，要拋掉靦腆，敢于張口說。

　　了解英語的人都知道，聽和說是不分家的。要想提高聽力，必須要掌握外國人發(fā)音的模式。此時，我們必須敢于張口說，哪怕說的不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也不要緊，practice makes perfect. 熟能生巧。第一次不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，第二次，第三次……，有了逐漸的練習(xí)，慢慢的你就掌握其發(fā)音模式了。時間一久，聽的多了，耳朵跟隨大腦就會自動組合意群了，從而聽懂就不在話下。

　　再者，要多看CCTV1(中央電視臺)或CCTV9(國際頻道)，多聽原聲電影來模仿發(fā)音。

　　從改革后的要求來看，四六級依然從提高實踐的應(yīng)用程度來考慮的。因此，無論是中文還是英文，我們平時要多了解些國家大事，涉入一些周邊發(fā)生的新政，這都是有助于我們后期做題的。

　　最后，有條件的話，多去創(chuàng)造語言環(huán)境。

　　環(huán)境是學(xué)好語言的一個極為重要的因素。有條件，有機(jī)會的話，多和老外溝通。多去學(xué)校舉辦的英語角，和同學(xué)定期參加一些英文論壇，培養(yǎng)自己用英語表達(dá)觀點的能力。這里我們要清楚的是，一旦你的口語提升了，聽力絕然不會差到哪兒去，它們是契合在一起的。

　　The war between Britain and France

　　In the late eighteenth century, battles raged in almost every corner of Europe, as well as in the Middle East, south Africa ,the West Indies, and Latin America. These two antagonists were poorly matched, insofar as they had very unequal strengths; France was predominant on land, Britain at sea. The French knew that, short of defeating the British navy, their only hope of victory was to close all the ports of Europe to British ships. Accordingly, France set out to overcome Britain by extending its military domination fromMoscow t Lisbon, from Jutland to Calabria. All of this entailed tremendous risk, because France did not have the military resources to control this much territory and still protect itself and maintain order at home.

　　French strategists calculated that a navy of 150 ships would provide the force necessary to defeat the British navy. Such a force would give France a three-to-two advantage over Britain. This advantage was deemed necessary because of Britain’s superior sea skills and technology because of Britain’s superior sea skills and technology, and also because Britain would be fighting a defensive war, allowing it to win with fewer forces. Napoleon never lost substantial impediment to his control of Europe. As his force neared that goal, Napoleon grew increasingly impatient and began planning an immediate attack.
