University is a place that provides a number of interesting activities to enrich our life on campus. In the two years, I have attended a couple of activities such as football club and reading society. The most benefited one popping into my mind is the sports meeting last month.
First of all, sports meeting offers a great opportunity to draw students’ attention from busy studies to the sports field. As students, most of our time is killed in the classroom and library. However, doing sports could be seen as a relaxing ingredient in tedious study life.
Secondly, as a member of football club, I attended the football game that day. I enjoyed the feeling of being united. During the game, we encouraged each other when we felt frustrated; we cheered for each other when we scored a goal. All these taught me to be more and more team-oriented.
Lastly, doing sports benefits to our physical health. Increasingly sedentary lifestyle causes laziness and possibility of obesity. Therefore, this sports meeting on campus mobilized our students to enjoy the fun of sports.
This is the campus activity that has benefited not only me but also most of the students.

大學(xué)是一個(gè)地方,它提供了許多有趣的活動(dòng)來(lái)豐富我們的校園生活。在兩年里,我參加過(guò)幾個(gè)活動(dòng),如足球俱樂(lè)部和閱讀的社會(huì)。最受益的一個(gè)出現(xiàn)在我腦海的是上個(gè)月運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。
首先,運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)提供了一個(gè)很好的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)吸引學(xué)生的注意力從繁忙的研究體育領(lǐng)域。作為學(xué)生,我們大部分時(shí)間是在教室和圖書館中喪生。然而,運(yùn)動(dòng)可以看作是乏味的學(xué)習(xí)生活中放松成分。
其次,作為足球俱樂(lè)部的一員,那天我參加了足球比賽。我喜歡美國(guó)的感覺。在比賽中,我們互相鼓勵(lì),當(dāng)我們感到沮喪,我們?yōu)楸舜水?dāng)我們進(jìn)球歡呼。所有這些教我變得越來(lái)越具團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的。
最后,運(yùn)動(dòng)的好處對(duì)我們的身體健康。越來(lái)越多的久坐不動(dòng)的生活方式會(huì)導(dǎo)致懶惰和肥胖的可能性。因此,這個(gè)校園運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)動(dòng)員我們的學(xué)生享受體育的樂(lè)趣。
這是校園活動(dòng),受益不僅我而且大部分的學(xué)生。
