春運(yùn)(Spring rush)的產(chǎn)生主要來自中國人的傳統(tǒng)觀念及社會人力大量流動的情況。在中國，春節(jié)是一年中最重要的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，無論離家有多遠(yuǎn)，人們都要盡量在除夕時(shí)與家人團(tuán)聚，共度新春。自改革開放以來,人口流動開始日益頻繁。有非常多的人進(jìn)城打工，造成了人力的大量流動。此外，這段時(shí)間是大學(xué)放寒假時(shí)期，多數(shù)學(xué)校在春節(jié)前兩到三周開始放假，在正月十五左右開學(xué)，因此返家的學(xué)生也構(gòu)成了春運(yùn)的另一主要人群。

The Spring rush is due to the traditional idea of Chinese people and the massive flow of labor force in society.In China, the Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival.However far from the family，people will try their best' to go back home to spend the New Year's Eve with family members.Since opening-up and reform，flow of population has become more and more frequent.Many people going to cities to make money result in a great flow of labor force.Besides, winter holiday usually starts two or three weeks before the Spring Festival in most universities and ends on about January 15th on lunar calendar，the period of which coincides with the Spring Festival.Therefore，students who go back home constitute another main group of the Spring rush.
1.春運(yùn):可譯為 Spring rush，也可以用transport during the Spring Festival來表達(dá)。

1.第一句有二個(gè)謂語動詞，分別是“是…指…和“旨在”。為了避免譯文出現(xiàn)太多句子，可將第二個(gè)分句“指很多人一起購買同一產(chǎn)品”譯為定語從句，用which引導(dǎo);“顧名思義”可以作插入語處理，放在which和means之間。
2.第二句也有兩個(gè)謂語動詞“流行起來”和“成為…”，翻譯為并列句即可，用and連接。注意“已經(jīng)成為團(tuán)購的主要形式”要用現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)。
3.“它方便、快捷、價(jià)格低、不受地域限制”的主語“它”，后跟四個(gè)并列形容詞作表語，譯為convenient fast, low in price and unrestrained by regions。此外，該句也可以譯為 It has the characteristic ofconvenience, efficiency, inexpensiveness and no territory restriction。
4.最后一句中的“據(jù)了解…”可使用it is known that的結(jié)構(gòu)，后跟that引導(dǎo)主語從句。
