英語單詞headwind用法

　　Headwind 逆風(fēng)，頂風(fēng)，引伸為不利條件。

　　U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said the U.S. economy is growing in spite of headwinds including the European financial crisis. 美國財政部長蓋特納說，盡管受到了歐洲金融危機(jī)等不利條件的影響，但是美國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長。

　　The Canadian beef industry is facing major headwinds after a massive recall last week. 加拿大上周宣布大規(guī)模召回已售牛肉，給加拿大的牛肉產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來了巨大阻力。

　　German car maker Volkswagen is standing by its goals for 2012 despite headwinds, especially a deepening slump in the European market. 盡管面臨阻力，尤其是歐洲汽車市場的不斷低迷，德國大眾汽車仍然堅持自己2012年的銷售目標(biāo)。
