• 在報(bào)名截止日期之前，考生可以登錄教育部考試中心雅思報(bào)名網(wǎng)站辦理轉(zhuǎn)考(僅限于更改考試日期和/或考點(diǎn))或退考手續(xù)并支付手續(xù)費(fèi)用。手續(xù)費(fèi)用為不超過(guò)25%的考試費(fèi)用。
• 不同考試(雅思考試、用于英國(guó)簽證及移民的雅思考試、用于英國(guó)簽證及移民的雅思考試學(xué)術(shù)類機(jī)考、雅思生活技能類考試)之間無(wú)法直接轉(zhuǎn)考，如您需要報(bào)考其他考試，請(qǐng)?jiān)趫?bào)名截止日期之前取消已經(jīng)注冊(cè)的考試后重新報(bào)考。
• 在報(bào)名截止日期之后考生因?yàn)獒t(yī)療以外的原因申請(qǐng)退考將無(wú)法收到部分退款。如果考生因?yàn)獒t(yī)療原因需要在報(bào)名截止日期之后申請(qǐng)退考，需在筆試考試日期前聯(lián)絡(luò)教育部考試中心雅思考試全國(guó)服務(wù)熱線(電話：010-82345671，電子郵箱：ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn，服務(wù)時(shí)間：周一到周五：08:30 – 17: 00;周六(筆試日)：07:30-13:00)提出退考申請(qǐng)，并按照要求在規(guī)定的時(shí)限內(nèi)提供醫(yī)療證明材料�？忌挥蓄净紘�(yán)重的疾病才可以申請(qǐng)退考，且需要提供寫明在考試當(dāng)日無(wú)法出席考試的醫(yī)療證明原件。教育部考試中心雅思考試全國(guó)服務(wù)熱線保留審查考生證明材料并決定是否批準(zhǔn)部分退款的權(quán)利。筆試考試日期之后、或考生已經(jīng)參加任何考試科目之后將不再受理任何退考申請(qǐng)。
• 在報(bào)名截止日期之后不再受理轉(zhuǎn)考申請(qǐng)。
