  題目:As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing.

  What factors contribute to job satisfaction?

  How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

  范文:Nowadays many adults have full-time jobs and the proportion of their lives spent doing such jobs is very high. So feelings about one’s job must reflect how an individual feels about his or her life as a whole, and because of this, job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing of that person.

  Employees get job satisfaction in a number of ways. Firstly, a person needs to feel that they are doing valued and valuable work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this respect. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to the society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or developing their skills through training opportunities, for example, then there is a sense of progression and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives. Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team.

  Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labour relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction.

  However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.

  一般說(shuō)來(lái),在一個(gè)段落內(nèi)的句子之間,沒(méi)有特別的連接詞,暗指后面一句在支持主題句。

  段落中的路標(biāo)詞:在第1段中,考官使用了So來(lái)突出主題句。這個(gè)詞可以理解為“總之”。

  3、語(yǔ)法

  這篇考官范文在句式上最經(jīng)典之處就是充分利用了英文的“狀語(yǔ)從句”,幾乎所有的狀語(yǔ)從句在這篇文章中都很好地體現(xiàn)出來(lái)了。

  全文使用的長(zhǎng)難句型如下:

  4、詞匯

  a、必備詞匯:(掌握核心動(dòng)詞)注明:()里的數(shù)字代表這個(gè)詞在文章中出現(xiàn)的次數(shù),因此在文章中使用同一個(gè)詞,只要把握好度,并不會(huì)帶來(lái)太大的影響。其他沒(méi)有標(biāo)注()的詞在原文中只出現(xiàn)過(guò)一次。

  這次feel這個(gè)單詞創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄地使用了5次,另一個(gè)improve也使用了2次。這再一次告訴我們,考官也偶爾會(huì)用重復(fù)的詞,只是數(shù)量不要太多了。

  雅思大作文失分的六個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性原因

  原因1:

  開(kāi)頭冗長(zhǎng),繞來(lái)繞去,不知所云,擺一堆華麗而沒(méi)有實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)容的句子,然后突然寫(xiě)出自己的觀點(diǎn)。

  原因2:

  開(kāi)頭和主體段的第一段混為一談。有同學(xué)會(huì)直接寫(xiě)我同意觀點(diǎn)因?yàn)橐痪湓捊o出觀點(diǎn),然后就直接開(kāi)始寫(xiě)第一點(diǎn)原因。這樣的文章結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰,在閱卷人眼中馬上被打上結(jié)構(gòu)不清的標(biāo)簽,如果再犯兩個(gè)語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤,那就別想翻身了。

  原因3:

  主體沒(méi)有分段,把所有的原因糅合在一起,讓讀者去自己理清條理。英語(yǔ)和中文不一樣。英語(yǔ)是作者責(zé)任制,中文是讀者責(zé)任制。也就是說(shuō)寫(xiě)英文,作者需要保證讀者能明白自己寫(xiě)的是什么,如果讀者不明白,那就是你作者的責(zé)任。而在中文中則正好相反,我想怎么寫(xiě)就怎么寫(xiě),讀不懂是你讀者的問(wèn)題。

  原因4:

  主體段每段中沒(méi)有主題句,或者一個(gè)明顯的主題意思。我經(jīng)?吹接腥苏f(shuō)了一堆例子,卻不明白他要這些例子說(shuō)明什么。其實(shí),只要在每個(gè)段落前加一個(gè)很簡(jiǎn)短的句子,告訴別人你在說(shuō)什么,就會(huì)使文章變得很清楚。

  原因5:

  主體段有主題句,但是沒(méi)有對(duì)主題句進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步解釋,而是直接擺例子,這樣會(huì)顯得文章非常的唐突。

  原因6:

  文章有開(kāi)頭,但是在開(kāi)頭作者沒(méi)有給出觀點(diǎn),而是在結(jié)尾給出觀點(diǎn)。對(duì)于這種寫(xiě)法,也有爭(zhēng)議,講英語(yǔ)的人也在爭(zhēng)論是不是世界上所有的人都應(yīng)該按照英語(yǔ)的文體寫(xiě)。一般的結(jié)論是認(rèn)為,這取決于你的讀者,如果你的讀者是英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人,那么還是按照他們的習(xí)慣寫(xiě)為好,不要追求什么神秘感,一定要等到最后才給出觀點(diǎn)。對(duì)于托福雅思的作文,還是規(guī)矩點(diǎn)比較好。對(duì)于其他的文章看老師的要求,我的老師就要求我在寫(xiě)某種論文的時(shí)候不要在開(kāi)頭給出觀點(diǎn),而是在結(jié)尾提出觀點(diǎn)。

  關(guān)于大作文題目類別分析的雅思寫(xiě)作技巧

  雅思大作文題目一般分為兩大類,即argument和report。

  雅思大作文題目中的argument可以更通俗的稱為debate,也就是對(duì)一個(gè)有爭(zhēng)議的話題提出作者的看法,并且展開(kāi)闡述維護(hù)作者的立場(chǎng)。其實(shí)我們可以更加形象的來(lái)看待這個(gè)問(wèn)題,把每個(gè)題目視為一場(chǎng)辯論會(huì),正方(for)和反方(against)進(jìn)行辯論,而作者則為裁判(judge, referee),在聽(tīng)取雙方的意見(jiàn)后發(fā)表總結(jié)陳詞,在陳詞中作者需要對(duì)雙方提交的證據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并做出自己的判斷。

  雅思大作文題目中的Report的題目則是對(duì)一個(gè)非爭(zhēng)議的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析討論,如現(xiàn)在新聞上經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的關(guān)于全球氣候變暖(global warming)進(jìn)行討論,全球氣候變暖,這是個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),我們需要討論其原因(cause),影響(effect)和解決措施(solution)
