　　外貿面試英語自我介紹時，首先應簡明扼要地進入正題與主要部分。最初的三分鐘比較能夠抓住面試官的注意力，故安排講述主要內容。前奏以一句話來陳述自己的基本特征，不過，并非需要介紹自己的基礎資料，因為簡歷中已經交待清楚這部分內容。簡要介紹自己引以為傲的經驗或經歷，次要經驗盡可能地一句話帶過，或不作介紹。在介紹完自己的經驗、經歷后，講述自己的優(yōu)勢或特長。并在英語介紹結束之前，表達你對勝任該公司、該職位所具備的能力，以增加面試官的印象。
