英文便條怎么寫

　　英文便簽屬于英文信函的一種，實(shí)際是一種簡(jiǎn)短信函，形式比一般書信簡(jiǎn)單，大多使用非正式語(yǔ)體。從格式上來(lái)講，英文便簽的稱呼和結(jié)尾謙稱部分是比較隨意的，可以直接寫上對(duì)方以及自己的名字，省略類似于Mr.,Dear, Sincerely yours等禮貌用語(yǔ)。時(shí)間的寫法也相對(duì)較隨意，寫星期幾或者月日都是可以接受的，同時(shí)還可以具體到幾點(diǎn)鐘。

　　1. 請(qǐng)假條

　　請(qǐng)假條可由別人代寫，也可由請(qǐng)假人自己寫。無(wú)論采取何種形式，其內(nèi)容必須包括請(qǐng)假事由和期限，必要時(shí)還需附上醫(yī)生的'診斷或其他的可以證明請(qǐng)假事由的書面材料。

　　2. 約會(huì)條

　　約會(huì)條主要用于邀朋友相聚等，內(nèi)容必須包含約會(huì)的事由，如果已經(jīng)確定了時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，則應(yīng)將具體時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)寫在便箋上。

　　電話留言(telephone message)便條是在給別人打來(lái)電話時(shí)，該人不在場(chǎng)，你替他或她接了電話后留給該人的字條。寫這種便條時(shí)，首先要告訴對(duì)方誰(shuí)打來(lái)的電話，再把電話內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)告清楚。
