注冊資產(chǎn)評估師聲明
一、 我們在執(zhí)行本資產(chǎn)評估業(yè)務(wù)中,遵循相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和資產(chǎn)評估準則,恪守獨立、客觀和公正的原則;根據(jù)我們在執(zhí)業(yè)過程中收集的資料,評估報告陳述的內(nèi)容是客觀的,并對評估結(jié)論合理性承擔相應(yīng)的法律責任。
二、 評估對像涉及的資產(chǎn)、負債清單由委托方、被評估單位(或者產(chǎn)權(quán)持有單位)申報并經(jīng)其簽章確認;所提供資料的真實性、合法性、完整性,恰當使用評估報告是委托方和相關(guān)當事方的責任。
三、 我們與評估報告中的評估對象沒有現(xiàn)存或者預期的利益關(guān)系;與相關(guān)當事方?jīng)]有現(xiàn)存或者預期的利益關(guān)系,對相關(guān)當事方不存在偏見。
四、 我們已對評估報告中的評估對象及其所涉及資產(chǎn)進行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查;我們已對評估對象及其所涉及資產(chǎn)的法律權(quán)屬狀況給予必要的關(guān)注,對評估對象及其所涉及資產(chǎn)的法律權(quán)屬資料進行了查驗,并對已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行了如實披露,且已提請委托方及相關(guān)當事方完善產(chǎn)權(quán)以滿足出具評估報告的要求。
五、 我們出具的評估報告中的分析、判斷和結(jié)論受評估報告中假設(shè)和限定條件的限制,評估報告使用者應(yīng)當充分考慮評估報告中載明的假設(shè)、限定條件、特別事項說明及其對評估結(jié)論的影響。
Statements of Certified Public Valuers
1. We have complied with relevant laws and regulations and assets valuation standards and adhered to the principles of independence, objectivity and impartiality in performing the assets valuation services. According to the materials collected by us during the valuation process, the contents of this assets valuation report (this “Report”) are objective and we will assume corresponding legal liabilities for the justification of the conclusion of valuation.
2. The list of assets and liabilities related to the subject of valuation is declared and signed/sealed for confirmation by the client/target company (or the holder of property rights). The client and the relevant parties are responsible for the authenticity, legality and completeness of the materials provided by them as well as the proper use of this Report.
3. We have no existing or potential interest in the subject of valuation under this Report, and we have no existing or potential interest in or bias against the relevant parties.
4. We have conducted on-site inspection of the subject of valuation under this Report and the related assets. We have paid due attention to the legal titles of the subject of valuation and the related assets, verified the materials related to such legal titles, made truthful disclosures of the problems we have discovered and requested the client and the relevant parties to improve the title issues to meet the requirements for purposes of this Report.
5. The analyses, judgments and conclusions made in this Report are subject to the assumptions and restrictive conditions herein. Users of this Report are required to take into full consideration the assumptions, restrictive conditions and explanatory notes on special issues specified herein as well as their impact on the conclusion of valuation.
