從錯(cuò)誤中學(xué)習(xí)的英語(yǔ)短文
As Goethe says, “man errs so long as hestrives”, no one can avoid making mistakes. Therefore, what we need to do is torecognize and revise our mistakes and learn from them.
正如歌德所說(shuō)：“人只要奮斗就會(huì)犯錯(cuò)誤”，任何人都會(huì)犯錯(cuò)。因此，我們需要做的是承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，改正錯(cuò)誤，并從中學(xué)習(xí)。
For one thing, from mistakes, we learn tobe more careful and observant. Small though a mistake is, it can destroy thewhole plan that we are engaged in. Therefore, in the process of findingmistakes, we are also shaping our characteristics of carefulness andcautiousness and strengthen our capacity of observation. We understand thatsuccess consists of details and we could not ignore the smallest mistakes.
一方面，從錯(cuò)誤中，我們要學(xué)會(huì)更加細(xì)心，學(xué)會(huì)觀察入微。一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤再小，但也能破壞我們從事的整個(gè)計(jì)劃。因此，在發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的過(guò)程中，我們同時(shí)也在形成細(xì)心謹(jǐn)慎的性格，加強(qiáng)我們的觀察能力。我們會(huì)明白成功是由細(xì)節(jié)組成的，我們不能忽視哪怕是最小的錯(cuò)誤。
For another, the process of finding andrevising mistakes is also a process of changing our way of thinking. In many cases,we find that our mistakes are not in what we have done, but in the methods wehave used. Thus, when we find that we are wrong, we would try another way tocarry out our plan. In this process, we are trying to think in other ways andour capacity of thinking is also improved.
另一方面，發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤、改正錯(cuò)誤的過(guò)程也是改變我們的思考方式的`過(guò)程。在很多情況下，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的錯(cuò)誤并不在于我們所做的事情，而在于我們所使用的方式。因此，當(dāng)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們犯了錯(cuò)，我們就會(huì)嘗試另外的方法來(lái)實(shí)施我們的計(jì)劃。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，我們?cè)囍昧硗獾姆绞剿伎迹覀兊乃伎寄芰ν瑫r(shí)也得到了提高。
In a word, mistakes are inevitable but wehave to take a proper attitude towards them. And making mistakes is not totallya bad thing because we can learn some enlightenment from it.
總之，錯(cuò)誤是不可避免的，但是我們要采取正確的態(tài)度去對(duì)待。同時(shí)犯錯(cuò)也不完全就是壞事，因?yàn)槲覀兛梢詮闹袑W(xué)到一些啟示。
