在實際操作過程中，我們特別注重過程性評價的實施。過程性評價即形成性評價，是指在學(xué)習(xí)過程中以教師評價、家長評價、學(xué)生小組間的互相評價為基本方式，綜合評價學(xué)生日常英語學(xué)習(xí)情況的一種評價方式。它強調(diào)以人為本，在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，重視對學(xué)生情感態(tài)度、語言知識、學(xué)習(xí)策略、團隊合作精神及綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，具有激勵性、同步性等特點。根據(jù)英語課程評價的要求，我們通過組員與小組捆綁式自我評價、組長評價、同學(xué)評價、教師評價以及形成性評價和終結(jié)性評價，激勵學(xué)生全員參與，體驗學(xué)習(xí)成功的快樂。具體實施主要有以下三個層次：
一、組內(nèi)評個人
利用“組員評價記錄表”，對小組內(nèi)學(xué)生進行評價，每節(jié)課由各小組的記錄員負(fù)責(zé)記錄本組內(nèi)組員的得獎情況。評價項目可隨課堂實際情況分階段進行調(diào)節(jié)，如果小組評價做得比較好，還可以從4個大的方面和20個小的觀察點進行詳細評價，如表格：
二、組際評小組
利用“小組評價記錄表”，記錄各小組得獎情況。通過各小組組員的團結(jié)合作、共同努力，在課前展示、課中合作交流匯報展示、反饋展示環(huán)節(jié)中分別記獎。注意學(xué)困生的得獎數(shù)量要相對增多，這樣能夠調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性和主動性。評價項目可隨課堂中學(xué)生存在的實際情況分階段進行調(diào)節(jié)。
