感謝信是一種禮儀文書，用于商務活動中的許多非協(xié)議的合同中，一方受惠于另一方，應及時地表達謝忱，使對方在付出勞動后得到心理上的收益，它是一種不可少的公關手段。感謝信是集體單位或個人對關心、幫助、支持本單位或個人表示衷心感謝的.函件。感謝信是文明的使者，從文體來說，它屬于應用文體。在日常生活和工作中，得到人家的幫助和支持，可用這種文體“感謝”一下。它與表揚信有許多相似之處，所不同的是感謝信也有表揚信的意思，但是重點在感謝。
