非常榮幸能在某某招聘網(wǎng)這一平臺得知貴園的招聘信息，我對幼教這個職業(yè)具有一定的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，而且我在思想上對幼兒教育學(xué)也有一定的理解和自己的一些新的想法。所以我相信，我有能力做好這一職業(yè)，我希望園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠給我一次證明自我的機會。

我是一名即將畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生，我將于2017年7月畢業(yè)幼教專業(yè)，根據(jù)我的自身情況，我認(rèn)為我對從事幼教也具有一定的優(yōu)勢。首先，就社會現(xiàn)狀而言，當(dāng)今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發(fā)展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化。所以，大力發(fā)展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的工作。【幼教求職信（幼兒園）】幼教求職信（幼兒園）。另外，我對幼教行業(yè)具有很大的興趣。在校期間，我所學(xué)習(xí)的教育學(xué)與心理學(xué)的成績都非常突出，并且我具有普通話二級甲等證書。我認(rèn)為這些也是對幼教這一行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)。在思想上，我對現(xiàn)代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法。當(dāng)今社會中大都是傳統(tǒng)意義上的幼兒園，其實質(zhì)就屬于寄托班，缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式�！居捉糖舐毿牛ㄓ變簣@）】生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現(xiàn)實，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是占很大的比例，所以特色幼兒教育是一項非常有發(fā)展前景的行業(yè)。我所說的特色教育不是單純的雙語教育和現(xiàn)在所流行的蒙式教育。我設(shè)想的教育方式是以發(fā)展兒童天性為基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法。如果園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需要，我會詳細(xì)的說明我的想法。

當(dāng)然，對于我從事幼教這個行業(yè)會有很多的困難，我自身也有很多的不足，我對特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認(rèn)識，而且我缺乏工作經(jīng)驗，專業(yè)不對位。這些我都能夠清楚的看待，我相信我具有堅定的意志，對于自身的不足，我會通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛煉、學(xué)習(xí)來彌補，從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我。對于傳統(tǒng)教育的改革，雖然我不會起到關(guān)鍵性的作用，但我也希望能貢獻出自己的一份力量，因為我懷揣著對幼教事業(yè)的理想。

最后，我真誠的希望園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能夠給我一次實現(xiàn)理想的機會，我相信我最后能否勝任這一職業(yè)靠的是實力而不是運氣。同樣，我也會為園里做出我最大的貢獻。
