　　過程：MBA面試的自我介紹時間一般為1.5-2分鐘。

　　考核的能力：

　　組織能力：將你原本可以長篇大論的3年、5年甚至10年的工作、學習經(jīng)驗和心得，有效組織為2分鐘之內(nèi)進行簡短的回顧。

　　邏輯能力：自我介紹的清晰性和承接性。簡單扼要地說就是自我介紹時不僅"言之有物"，而且還要將"物"簡要地說清楚。不僅要介紹在公司中取得的成就，還要說明自己在其中發(fā)揮的作用。

　　考官希望聽到什么?MBA面試自我介紹的原則--時刻考慮面試官的需要。

　　面試實際上是一個自我營銷的過程。在這個過程中，考生要把自己當作一個產(chǎn)品，客戶就是面試官。要把產(chǎn)品銷售出去，就要考慮客戶的需求，而要把自己在面試中營銷出去，就一定要充分考慮面試官的需求。
